The Living Word Ladies' Bible Study is a vital element of ministry to our women.  This is an in-depth study, as well as a loving time of fellowship for women who want to grow in the knowledge of the Word of God.  Complimentary childcare is provided on Mondays.

Leading the Living Word Ladies' Bible Study is Ms. Katherine Karavas Caldwell.  She is a native of Northfield, Illinois, but has lived near Pinehurst since her marriage in 1975.  Katherine graduated from Northern Illinois University with a B.S. in Education and taught school in Kings, IL.  She is the founder of The Living Word Ladies' Bible Study Ministries (founded in 1987) and has been involved in and taught ladies' bible study for 25 years.  Katherine is of Greek ancestry and was led to the Lord by a Christian Jew in 1972.  Her life verse is Romans 1:16, "for I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone that believeth; to the Jew first and also to the Greek."

All of Katherine's in-depth bible teaching is available in CD or cassette albums and in study book commentaries.  The commentaries are equipped with individual lesson "Homework Questions" and "Answer Sheets."  The Caldwell Commentaries include Genesis (Volumes I - IV), The Life of Christ (Volumes I - VIII), The Olivet Discourse, and Revelation (Volumes I & II).
